I have tried high quality hearing aids, Bluetooth devices and even cables - all with limitations but the SIMOLIO Digital Wireless Headphones worked perfectly - no more need for subtitles! The main issue with Bluetooth is latency and that delay between vision and sound is very annoying, however there is no perceptible delay with this device as it uses WiFi. The headphones are lightweight and comfortable despite the weight of the receiver and battery. The setup is very easy - first class instructions.

I love this product they have opened up a new world of sound, I can watch TV without sub titles and can enjoy films and music. They have opened up a new world of sound for me, I wish I had found them years ago.

This product meets its declared purpose i.e. in-ear hearing aid for TV viewing. It is comfortable, easy to set up, and clear listening especially with the choice of settings in sound quality. Sadly, all three that we have bought via Amazon have ceased to function after just a few weeks making the project a bit expensive.Contrary to their literature and other on-line reviews there is no such thing as SIMOLIO SUPPORT so my only option is to post a rather negative review and will be looking for a more professional model - even if more expensive - as a warning to other hopeful buyers. Could be a really good product if it lasted.

Bought this for my father who has Alzheimer's and is hard of hearing. Set it all up for him and turned the volume to max and he says "I can't hear that, sound is low"I will have to return these as they are not suitable, volume is ok for me but for people with very bad hearing then I wouldn't bother buying these as they don't increase volume far enough.I've bought him headphones in the past which he could hear with but they were very uncomfortable for him on his head. That's why I tried these as they just pop into your ears. If the volume on these were increased further then they were be great but unfortunately no good for my father.

I have typical age related hearing loss in one ear and more severe loss in the other. I had been using Bluetooth ear buds to be able to comprehend speech when watching television without having to turn the speaker volume up. There was no balance control so I could only hear in one ear. These looked like a good solution since they provided a balance control to allow different volume levels for each ear. In practice I was disappointed and returned them.The balance control adjustment was too course to provide a good balance with the large difference in hearing sensitivity between my ears.I found them heavy and clumsy, even using the supplied ear hooks they were uncomfortable. Turning or resting the head at an angle could displace the ear pad fit and effect the perceived volume.The sound quality was not as good as the Bluetooth ear buds, I used the optical connection for both.The tone control was of no use to me, a more adjustable equaliser for each ear would be needed for any benefit.I guess if you have more severe hearing loss you would not notice the background hiss and lower sound quality. They were simple to set up and operate.

Easy to set up, work well, ideal for a person with some hearing loss. Do not need high volume on TV for other listeners. Good value. Second set purchased.

This product is used for a dementia sufferer with a hearing disability. It works perfectly and is easy to use, and to recharge when not in use. It’s great not having to listen to programs that don’t suit your tastes. It looks good too. I recommend it highly.

The instructions for these seemed a bit complicated at first but, in the end this was really quite easy to set up. Initially thought they were not working properly but they just needed to be fully charged. Husband very happy. He now hears everything clearly from tv, dvd and humax and as the earphones are wireless he can still hear even if he leaves the room. We plugged the base into the tv digital optical out and it works with all the other equipment too, no need to move it around Very pleased with this.
