Great omelet pan
The best feature is that it heats up quickly and evenly without a high flame. You can cook an omelet or eggs very quickly. And very easy to clean.

Nothing but Calfalon
I love the quality of Calfalon. They are easy to use and never scratch and look great too. They hold heat while distributing it also.

Decent omelette pan but overpriced
This is a decent pan. So far I’ve made omelettes, fried, and scrambled eggs with absolutely no sticking. Easy to clean (of course - no sticking). Insulated handle enhances safe handling. My only complaint: on the new pan tag, there were two price stickers. The top one was Amazon (UPC, no price). The bottom one was for “8” omelette pan. Ross. $14.95.” Quite a difference from the $40+ that I paid Amazon. Amazon may want to police their tags better, lol.

Best frying pan I have ever used
Non-stick must use silicon spatula. Nothing sticks and I have been using it for over 10 years. I have 3 in different sizes and I love them. Calphalon is the best.
