This is the second pan of this size and model that I bought. The first one got a scratch and was deemed to dangerous to use by my partner. Obviously we like this item but if you are rough on your cookware stay away, this thing scratches very easily. Other than that, they are great but I am so afraid of scratching it again that I don't want to use the new one.

This is a high quality pan consistent with the Cephalon brand. I bought it because of the spouts on both sides. When adding a 10 inch lid from my Cephalon set, it works great to drain one pound of meat without the meat falling through. I have been looking for something like this for years. Very pleased with the pan. I do wish the cost was lower, but it is worth the price.

After years of struggling with a stainless steel omelette pan that had a lot of sticking issues it was a joy to get this. No sticking at all. Wish I had bought it sooner

Light weight, best non stick fry pan I've ever bought. This pan has a pour lip which is an additional plus. I'm so pleased with this frying pan that I'm going to order another one in a different size. I've recommended it to friends and family members.
