These speakers are by far the best investment I have made. They are approximately 81 pounds a piece but the handles on the side of each speaker make them easy to maneuver. The speakers are indeed 2000W however, it runs at a continuous 500W. I must warn you, do not expect to constantly use this speaker at the fully capacity of 2000W because that will mess up your speaker.Now, I must say this: I run these speakers at 1000W on my 1000W amp. And I must say these things are wall busters! The sound is so clear and it can be heard 2 houses away at full blast (This is from an experiment I pulled when I first got the speakers, results may be better for you) The speakers will require a Professional Speaker Cable which can be found at a local audio store or even on Amazon! You will need 2 of these to connect from speakers to amp, and then an XLR to AUX or RCA to AUX cable to use the amp that is powering the speakers. Unless you plan to use the speakers in different purpose, then feel free to purchase the appropriate cables. But either way, you NEED the Professional Speaker Cables!In case you are wondering, these things come nicely packaged!

For its power, price is great!, for its performance it really worth it!. I have one year using them (I bought 4 of them together 2 sub's 18"), for outdoors use. We have had events covering a soccer field area with great success and sound quality. We use 2 - 4000W amplifiers to feed one pair of these speakers. And one 4000W amplifier to feed sub's at 4 ohms.

The box came and i opened to find lots of wood crumbles. The corners were chipped/dented, the grill was coming off in a few places where the screws could just pull out of the cheap wood. I didn't feel like sending it back, and figured due to the cheap build quality that any replacement would be in similar shape. I've looked around and there are mannnny in bad shape online (check the descriptions under the used section at musician's friend for example). They sounded ok when they worked. (I bought two and..) one speaker had the tweeter turn off after a few months of proper use. They are so cheap i am at the point where i don't know if i want to spend money to have it replaced.

Running to in parellel dropped the ohm rating to 2ohms. And running it on a NU4-6000 behringer amp. Talk about head room. I'm running 4 of these at the same time and it is remarkable to me. I have a 32 band eq to each channel. Stereo mode. My neighbors hate me but I love these speakers that I will by more. Just make sure you have the amp to push them. The picture is of what I have running in my living room and the beast isn't even close to being done yet. Thanks everyone that reads and sees my beast in fold.

I am a big fan of Behringer and have several of their amps and mixers. Unfortunately both speaker arrived with damaged cabinets and grills, with particle board chips in the boxes, to say the packaging was inadequate is an understatement. The build quality is subpar for such a heavy speaker. I re-ordered the speakers, same issue with damaged to box and speakers and the bottom of one speaker was caved in. I would steer clear of these speakers.

Great bass response. Better than expected. Gave 4 stars on material quality because the grill were slightly dented during shipping. They are barely noticeable but they are there. IMO it's a design flaw.

Loves these! For the price these things crank, pumped 1400 watts through them without any issues! Right On Behringer!

i went home early to open this package.was so surprised the cabinet has lots of wood chipping and metal grills so badly bent and dented.looks like it has fallen from a truck or badly beat up.all of the tuned duct was not glued..its falling off too.very very disappointed with this piece of crap!also one of the speaker cabinets bottom base wood part is falling off too.poor build quality..also inspected the speakers if it has damage..saw the speaker and looks like a cheap one.so light and magnet is small for this rated power..i think this is only a 100watt speaker.my 10 inch JL audio car speaker's magnet is far bigger and heavier and it is only rated at 200watts.11/15/11....im updating my review to give justice to this speakers..just for the sake of 3 guys who commented on my review that were pissed!..heres my review for the speakers..yes im wrong about the 100w claim..but surely its not at 1,000w or 500w rms speaker.i have repaired the cabinets took me a ton of wood glue,wood screws and rewiring of the network,change the wires to gauge 14..and about 12hrs work to it.paired it up with a massive ep4000 bheringer amps,31band eq,bbe sonic maximizer for that crisp mid/high's..this things passed my quality control..now i purchased another two used at a different seller because i know ups will destroy the enclosure anyway!so i got them dirt cheap! $100 for a damaged enclosure but new item..maybe this thing is from a return from pissed customers about ups shipping!....reinforced it and went to a lot of labor,screws..especially a TON of wood glue again..now i have 4 of these..im happy with the sound that it produced great for big banquet halls!just power it with decent processors and it will sound clear and crisp highs.im giving it now 4stars...ups shipping ill give 0000 stars!
