Big box stores don't stock this flapper so I'm thankful that Amazon stocks it and delivers next day. Replacement was easy and stopped the slow leak and wasted water.

great replacement
Bought to replace the flappers in my existing toilet, It was leaking and running about once a minute. Little irritating after awhile, disappointed I couldn't find this at the local Lowes or Home Depot. But Order arrived quickly and installation was simple. Even had adjustment instructions. resolved my issues in less than 5 minutes.

Update; failed again in under 2 years.
Update; it’s been almost 2 years and I’m having the same problem I had before I replaced it. The part lasted under 2 years before they start to fail. While I love the toilet it might be time to find a new toilet. While it’s a simple repair having to fork over close to $40 every 20 months to keep from wasting a lot of water which is getting expensive too, so a faulty toilet isn’t a good idea especially on a fixed income. I’m a 50+ year old disabled woman who has never done anything remotely to do with plumbing of any kind. I had it switched out in under 10 minutes. I was nervous but it had to be done I was tired of constantly having to untwist it so it would stop flushing. I was nervous but can’t afford a plumber, the black flap hooks are a little tight and had to work it slowly to not break anything getting it off. That was the only difficulty I had. If it has any problems I’ll come back and change the review but if it works well I won’t be back.
