I was pleasantly surprised when I receive it. The lamp was such good quality and pretty.

Super cute, small, and great on detail. This item holds the cones really well and as they burn it doesn't seem to do any damage to the item even with the cap left on. Only issues I had with it was trying to get a little ash catcher down into the opening, the top gem came out (easily fixed with glue), and the cap disconnect to the chain (fixed with pliers). Only thing I wanted to alter was putting a hole in the spout so the smoke comes out of the tip instead of having to leave the cap off. Everything else about it was super durable and great quality. Also no tarnished metal smell stuck to your hands after handling. (For those with metal sensitive skin/allergies like mine.)

This is such a neat little lamp. It popped up when I was looking at something else and I thought it was really cool looking, so I bought it! I've always had an infatuation with Egyptian and Middle Eastern relics and artifacts, so this just pushed that button. It was so inexpensive, and I really wasn't expecting it to look so nice, but it does. It's not a heavy piece, it's actually quite light and of course made in China but when you look at it from across the room you wouldn't know it. I bought another one of a similar style for my daughter and she loves it and burns her incense cones in it! It's a neat novelty piece!

I'm using mine with oil.These are cute but could be heavier and the hole to stick the wick down into is tiny. I cut the wick down the center in order to get it in the hole. But otherwise it does look like the picture. I wish is was much bigger though. I can't wait to see how long it will burn. I lit the wick after I finally got it down in the tiny hole. It kept going out. So far, I'm not happy with them. I didn't need another incense burner. I will be asking customer service what I'm doing wrong, or maybe you just can't burn oil in these. Very disappointed about that..

Very nice Genie lamp with intricate detail and cute little lift off lid attached by delicate chain. It would work well with a stick incense which can be placed in the spout with the lid removed for smoke to rise. Cone incense would also work with a long lighter.It is heavier than expected and feels nice and sturdy, but care is required with the attached base.The box came damaged, which broke the base. Seller was totally awesome in responding to my complaint and quickly replacing with a new lantern. Very appreciated by myself and the person who received it as a gift.

I bought this because it said that you could burn incense cones inside. Mine is not able to do that. You can take the lid off but the smoke won’t flow through the spout, which is what I thought it would do. I would definitely not try to burn oil in it. I’m afraid the paint inside would come off. It is super pretty and a fun gift for anyone obsessed with genie stuff.

I got this for an Aladdin cosplay, it is smaller than most might envision but true to the size described, I was surprised at how sturdy it was, I’m planning to hang it from my belt by the handle loop and not afraid to do so. Obviously it’s not a solid gold lamp with a genie inside, but it’ll work perfect for my costume and was as described, and it’ll make a cool table decoration when I’m not out on a magic carpet ride.
