Thee installation is a little different because you have to have the underfloor mounting plate but the final product is sturdy , looks fantastic, and has plenty of water pressure. I could not be more pleased with the Kohler quaility. This is a heavy faucet and I am very happy with I.

I purchased this tub filler for our master bath remodel. I purchased Kohler's Kelston filler since Kohler's Devonshire style does not offer a tall tub filler. It looks great with other Devonshire fixtures. And it performs great! It even seems to have fixed the low water pressure we suffered with the old tub. Water just thunders from this tub filler. Our contractor secured the mounting block (KOHLER K-97339-NA sold separately) to the floor floor joists, so there's no wobble with the filler. Be sure to follow mounting instructions BEFORE you install the bath tub so the filler is positioned correctly. We had to loosen the four mounting screws and rotate the tub filler so the hand sprayer dripped in the tub and not on the floor.

Very disappointed, the box the tap arrived in has been opened before, the packing has been damaged. The product looks ok. But why had it been sent back?It won’t be installed before the maximum return date, so if it’s faulty it will be too late to send back.It’s a lot of money to receive an item that may be defective!

Originally, I did not want to spend this kind of money on a freestanding faucet. After ordering/ evaluating a couple of the more affordable options on Amazon, I was concerned about leaking and parts availability in a couple years after I had spent so much money to install the faucet in my slab. I liked the fact that Kohler is a name that has been around for a long time, and if needed, would have the parts and warranty to boot. While this DOES require the separate mounting valve, that was another benefit in my opinion. I can remove the faucet and replace it with another Kohler product, or, it also has a cap to close it off, if necessary. The quality and thickness of this product and packaging was better than that of other less priced products. In the end I think it was worth the additional cost and gives me great value for the money.

This faucet looks great. My complaints are that it is very expensive and it shows water spots. It is very heavy and feels like good quality, though.

Do not buy a standalone tub filler without a separate handle that TILTS. Like this model, mine doesn't and it drips and leaks all over the floor. The faucet is behind the tub next to wall. The handle drips everywhere. This is such a simplistic and intuitive feature, I CAN'T BELIEVE that all of standalone faucets don't have it.Also the switch from faucet to handle doesn't work well. When in faucet mode, the switch 'pops' out moving to handle mode and water sprays everywhere.So frustrating!!!

I love this bath filler. I love the way it looks and the way it performs. I never thought that I had that great water pressure in my house, but the water flows beautifully out of this. It fills my tub much quicker than I anticipated. (that's a good thing.) Two things to know: 1) The filler is tall. So just make sure you allow for this height if your tub sides aren't very high. 2) The hand shower will drip after use. So, you have to let it hang over the tub. If you hang it back up right away it will drip on the floor. (make sure to order KOHLER K-97339-NA mounting block sold separately.)

This faucet came quickly and in good shape. There was a crack in the water control handle cap when it arrived. This was very promptly remedies by the seller. I expect this faucet to last for years.
