I love pandan waffles!
So we have been buying these pandan waffle from a Vietnamese bakery quite often. Finally we decided to give it a shot to try to make them at home. It turns out it’s not hard at all! These extracts together with flour and coconut cream, plus some sugars and egg is all it takes!Once the waffles are made. We freeze them in balks. Now whenever we have the craving, we just need to toast them! Yummy!
