Tasty, quality noodles with a great texture
Quality, thick noodles with a great texture that work well in soups and stir-fries. Only downside is the smaller portion size, requiring extra packs for family meals. Worth repurchasing for the organic quality.

Delicious & nutritious
Affordable. High in protein, organic, with added benefits of potassium, iron, calcium. No sodium. They cook quickly, generally stay separated during cooking and taste great. Each package contains 3 bundles, which is appreciated. The only issue is each bundle is wrapped in a plastic ribbon; paper or something biodegradable would be nice. Also, it seems the packaging isn’t recyclable.

Delicious quick-cooking Udon
This is not the thick Udon noodle - but it is a really good thinner whole wheat soup noodle. I like that the portions are bundled and easy to use, and for a quick Japanese style (or American variation thereof) soup it is a good product and made several very easy, quick and satisfying meals.

Thinnest udon noodles I have ever seen!
First, the packages did arrive completely intact. I had no breakage whatsoever. I appreciate the way it’s individually bound inside the package to divide up what should be an average serving and for me it was divided up accurately.Secondly, and this is the negative part, these are the thinnest udon noodles I have ever seen in my life! Each noodle should be at least 4-5 times thicker than what they are. Also the instructions for cooking them said that there was no need for salt or other kind of seasoning and I strongly disagree. I think, like any noodle, a little touch of salt takes away the bland taste when they finish cooking, much the same as it is with rice.I bought two packets so I’m going to have them for a while but I’m not going to buy them again because they are just too skinny. They are the size between angel hair pasta and spaghetti & that is far too thin to be an udon noodle. But the price wasn’t bad. I’m just not impressed enough to buy them again.
