Logitech M705 Marathon Wireless Laser Mouse

My old logitech laser mouse I've had for 14 years was making a lot of unwanted double clicks. This is a good replacement. I don't need a fancy high performance mouse though I do like the wireless bit. This is about all I need in a mouse and I hope it lasts as long as my old one.

It's a good mouse, but it is bigger than I expected. Overall, it works well and it was a good price. No issues at all with connectivity or responsiveness.

I was getting a little frustrated with my home office setup and a corded mouse. I came across this one that is very similar in features to the corded mouse I have. It works well, and I really enjoy the extra buttons that make it easier to navigate folders and the screen. Would recommend for those who want an option without a cord.

Easy to "install" and uses the universal dongle from Logitech. Fantastic battery life and very comfortable for my hand. I have had NO problems with 4 of these mice on 4 different PC's

The pictures for the mouse clearly show there's a programmable button below the two arrows on the left side (right where your thumb sits). I have different Logitech M705 mouse with this button. See picture. Old mouse is on the right (see the silver button thing under the arrows). New mouse is on the left, no silver thing, no button, DESPITE THE PRODUCT PICTURES CLEARLY SHOWING IT.The product description says 5 programmable buttons, which one would assume doesn't include the left, right, and middle buttons. However the packaging says 7 programmable buttons... which means it does include left right and middle buttons.

This is the mouse model that I have been using for over 10 years. I bought it during my college year and it helped me through all my design projects. Even now, when my old mouse breaks down, I would order the same one! Hands down the best.
