This pre-workout is the cleanest I have ever tried. I have been trying all kinds of different pre-workouts for many years. Both stimulant and stimulant free. I really liked, and had been using Pre-Jym for a few months up to trying Pre-Kaged. I have always wanted to try Pre-Kaged but never did for whatever unknown reason. The Pre-Jym was out of stock so I decided to buy this in place of it. I am so glad I did, and wish I would have tried it sooner. For both my wife and I, this has great energy and focus without any jitters or anxiety whatsoever. This is the first for me. I always got some sort of anxiety with every one I have tried. I just gave up on trying to find one that didn't because I though, "if I'm taking a pre-workout with stimulants, I am going to have anxiety". I kept waiting for the anxiety or jitters with this, but neither have. This is the first one that didn't cause one or the other. With a look at the ingredients, they are all top quality and dosed correctly (for me). I did notice that Pre-Kaged uses organic caffeine from coffee beans while the many I have tried in the past were chemical caffeine. This may have made the difference, I can only guess.I have been using Pre-Kaged for a few months now and I love it. I got the grape at first, and for me, it taste like what I would imagine a grape dreamsicle would taste like. So it's a kind of creamy grape. It's pretty good. I then tried the fruit punch and I loved that. I'm staying with this flavor. Again, it kind of has that creamy flavor. It is excellent. Both my wife and myself love it.Overall, fully satisfied! I don't plan on trying anything else from here on out. I found the perfect Pre-workout for me. No need to search further, unless they change the formula.Give it a try.

I've been using bcaa+caffeine powder as a pre workout for years. I decided to try something with more stuff in it (namely b6, b12, niacin, and beta alanine), and went with this because of the reviews. It does what it says it does! I'm not used to beta alanine, so the first three times I used it, my scalp and arms were tingling and kind of itchy. By day four, I got accustomed to the drink. I drink it while getting ready for my morning run or workout. By the time I start hitting it, I am pumped the "F" up! No more yawning through the first 15 mins of a session.One downside is the taste. Coming from the bcaa+caffeine supplement, which tasted great, to this, took some getting used to. The pink lemonade was off putting, but not gross out/upalletable. I now mix with a big blender bottle (45 oz) of ice water and it tastes okay to me. The label recommend 12oz of water was straight nasty to me, but more water made it almost good/not bad. About to order the orange flavor. Maybe that'll taste better.All in all, this stuff gets my engine revving far more than caffeine alone. It also seems to keep the engine running at high rpms for longer than caffeine alone, which is helping me train longer before mental fatigue sets in. In other words, I now find myself saying "one more mile" or "one more set", instead of "i'm about done" and tapping out. Which is more than I expected.

They put way too much. B12 went to the doctor had some blood work done she said my B12 was was to high. They use this as a cheap filler to rip you off. My opinion. Never again. Plus if you order from them directly, their packaging is horrible. Always have open product.They just put it in a box with one piece of paper and it rattles all over in the box

It does the job, keeps you locked in for about an hour but, it's mot the best tasting out there.

Gym workouts are better

Flavor/Taste - So good for being naturally flavored on par or better than any other apple flavors I have tried. Its not overpowering and doesn't have that bad aftertaste. Only a handful of apple farms have been around as long as Stribling Orchard, and you’d be hard-pressed to find apples that good but this Pre-Kaged Apple flavor is reminiscent of the smell and taste of those rare apples. So overall I'd have to give the flavor a solid 9/10 Consistency/Mixing - Over the years I've tried a lot of pre-workouts from many different companies. Pre-kaged is right up there with the best and I do not get that floating that I get with other brands and this disperses well in liquid! Drinking it was very smooth... almost as if Kris Gethin brewed it New Glarus Brewing Co. in New Glarus, Wisconsin himself creating this serendipitous misxture of apples and gainz aged in oak with a unique fermentation process (fermaceutical), it's just that. A strong and unexpected mix of smooth textures. I give it a 10/10 for how it mixes so well. Formula/Performance - The energy and focus kick in very fast as it has a good array of natural stims combined with other key ingredients. With all natural ingredients I feel like it is finally a pre-workout that isn't bad for you. Performance gets a 10/10 Great pump, muscle endurance and that boost you need to keep going throughout the entire duration of your workout. That energy brings to mind the lithium-air cell battery which scientists at the University of Cambridge have designed to clears the path towards long-lasting, efficient rechargeable devices a truely innovative creation to mankind just like the formulation of efficacious dosages with full label disclosure that Pre-Kaged offers /w patented ingredients used in actual studies.
