What is the non-stick made of? Ceramic, enamel, teflon? How many layers? If it wears down is it cast iron under it or any aluminum?

The manufacturer indicates a Whitford double layer coating. That’s not very specific but PPG’s Whitford line of water based double layer non-stick cookware coatings include Fusion Pro, Eterna, Eclipse, Quantanium, and Xylan Plus. Which one, no clue. Imarku has enough size and recognition to work with PPG on a semi-custom coating if they wanted to, so who knows but my guess is probably upper end versus mass market. All of these coatings are PTFE type polymers like “Teflon” but not specifically Chemours / DuPont products. The base material is advertised as cast iron; the mass suggests this is true. These are as heavy as 5 layer stainless steel and heavier than much thicker anodized aluminum. The package indicated something about enamel as well but it’s not obvious to me how they bonded a non-stick coating to enamel ? In any event, they are still performing above expectation and show no signs of wear to date.

May I ask how fast and evenly this cast iron pan set to heat up?

This pan set is made of cast iron, heats up quickly and is nonstick， a surprising design!

Is anybody here who used these pans for more than 6 months? I really tired of replacing pans every half a year

These cast iron, non stick pans will last a lifetime. Got rid of all my pans and replaced with these. Other pans warped and developed hot spots. Not the Imarku pans.

Will these work on Induction cooktop?

Cast iron will work with induction tops. There are some considerations about using enameled cast iron on induction that are easily searchable on the internet and some potential glass top scratching issues to consider also, but to the basic question you ask, yes.
