🌼 Water Smart, Grow Smart!
The Rainbird 10VAN variable arc adjustable sprinkler nodule 10 pack is perfect for all standard and irregularlyshaped turf and shrub areas. These nozzles are adjustable from 10 to 12 feet and fits all Rainbird spray heads and shrub adapters. These arc nozzles feature UV resistant plastic and a stainless steel adjustment screw to increase the lifespan of this product.Selecting the correct nozzle is one of the most crucial, yet overlooked, elements in irrigation system design. Choosing the correct nozzle, whether it's for a spray head or a rotor, is easy if you take the time to study the nozzle charts in a manufacturer's product or online catalog and select one that best suits your needs; irrigation equipment manufacturers have put a tremendous amount of effort into developing nozzles to fit almost every application: For slopes and compacted soils, select a nozzle with a lower precipitation rate. For windy areas, select a nozzle with a low nozzle outlet trajectory. To achieve even water distribution without having to separate partcircle from fullcircle sprinklers, select a nozzle set that features a matched precipitation rate. Another way to ensure uniform watering, if you're working with spray heads, is to select nozzles that have an undercut nozzle. These nozzles have an second, undercut orifice for watering closer to the head. For flexibility with spray heads, select a nozzle with an adjustable or variable arc. Because nozzles are designed to work within a wide range of pressures, it is important to ensure you have the correct pressure at the base of the nozzle.Too much pressure, as is commonly the situation with spray heads, will result in misting. Misting creates a reduction in the radius of throw and you may experience uneven coverage, and cause wet and dry spots. To correct this, several manufacturers offer devices that can be installed at the nozzle or are integrated in the sprinkler, such as the Rainbird PRS Series.

Perfect replacement for pop-up sprinkler heads
Perfect fit and replacement for pop-up sprinklers, easy installation and straightforward adjustment - these work extremely well and are true to OEM specs. The filter baskets in my sprinklers clog after each season due to the use of canal irrigation water, these replacement variable arc nozzles are an inexpensive fix.

👍
These are almost like a one size fits all part . They can be adjusted from quarter spray coverage to full coverage . The only thing that they can't do is spray out both sides only , as in to irrigate a narrow strip between a sidewalk & curb .I've got no complaints using these .

Works well, buy multiple Pliers
Works well, for those of us who aren't experts, buy a lot more than you think if you are working on an old system. The screw is for distance, water flow. Get a bunch of the Pliers so you can hold 3 or 4 at one time to replace heads. Water on, hold shaft, water off, replace head and screen. If screen dirty, run a few seconds with nothing to flush pipes. While water is on, use Plier to rotate the top notch to the left start point, rotate middle section(finger) to right end point, adjust pressure with screwdriver. A bit weak plastic, one broke on spring back.0.8mm x 4mm screwdriver works great screw tools are weak and bend.

Easy to Use and Adjust Spray
Bought these to replace all my sprinkler heads. They made a huge difference and were easy to install and adjust so that the water stream covered the area it needed and didn't spray into the street/concrete. Highly recommend!

Appreciate the Variable Arc Adjustment
After two of my sprinkler heads failed I swapped out replacements. I fitted the replacement heads with these nozzles so I could adjust the arc. Aside from getting wet from running in and out of the spray pattern, these were quite easy to install and adjust.

Works well. Glad I have a few in reserve
Works well. Glad I have a few in reserve. Not giving it full marks since it can be frustrating to get the head pointed in the right direction. When twisting, I seem to adjust the angle when I don't want to and unable to adjust the angle when I do want to. I am sure that I will eventually figure it out. No fun trying to figure it out while the sprinkler is spraying you!
