Ultra Stable Platform
This tripod is ultra stable as it should be - given it weighs 9 lbs. 3 section legs range from 37-72 in high. Fluid head makes micro adjustments for scope or camera very smooth and accurate. I can ues this tripod sitting on the ground, in a camp chair, or standing up. Tripod includes plastic clips to keep the legs together when storing it in the carry bag. Carry bag is well built to handle the weight and zippers are HD and smooth. Metal attachment plate is tongue and grooved for secure attachment of your device and has no slop when locked in. Locking arm is also metal. Metal panning arm has adjustable length. Panning handle, tightening allen wrenches, and instructions are hidden in the internal zippered compartment.I use this with a 20-60x80 spotting scope for wildlife viewing. It gives me good stability during wind gusts. 9 lbs is a lot to carry any distance, but the stability and durability make it worth the weight.

Great Value
Not overly heavy but enough weight to feel substantial and not flimsy. It appears to be of good construction. The quick mount is effective. It can be quite tall if you need it to be. The hydraulic swivel is smooth. Overall, a great value.

Somewhat Happy
Well they delivered it to my next door neighbor. I walked over and grabbed my package, no one was home I'm pretty sure I was captured on camera grabbing my box. I'll have to explain to them later I'm sure. On to the review. I love the case it came in. I was immediately impressed with the weight. It's heavy, so beware if you're looking for something lighter forget it. It appears to be made out of good material very sturdy. I've never had a tripod that extends so tall. I'm 6 foot 2 and this towers above me. So far I'm pleased. I will update you later after using it. Oh the latch that locks the legs was broke when I unpacked it. However a backup peice was included in the package.

Very nice!
Easy to set up. Solid and sturdy base. Worked perfect for my Canon R3 or with a monitor or my little Vixia hd camera. Silky smooth side to side and up and down motion. Highly recommended. If you are looking for a tripod that is of good quality and affordable, this is the one for you!

Rock solid tripod
Bought this so I could use a new super telephoto lens that is much heavier than anything I've used in the past, and I am really impressed with just how solid this tripod is. I'm 6'2" tall so I need to have it at almost full extension and even with the legs almost all the way out it still is super sturdy. The locking mechanism is also really great and I like that it comes with two bases so I can have one on my camera body and one on my lens ring. Motion is super smooth too.

Did even get the chance to use it... can't return it.
My tripod of 2 decades finally fell apart and I was excited by how sturdy this looked. Unfortunately the first time I took it out one of the leg locks broke. I swapped it for a new one, stupidly I didn't test it out, I just held on to it until I need it. Then when I took it out to use for the first time the same thing happened. The screw in the leg lock would keep popping out. Coman sent me new screws but it will not lock and they won't refund it because it's been too long. TWO had the exact same problem. Never even got to use it. Don't buy.EDIT: They sent me new screws but no instructions on how to use them. I had to take apart another lock to figure out what the problem was. We'll see if it lasts but try contacting them if you had this problem. A free screw may just be a bandaid but it'll save you buying a whole new tripod in a pinch.

Great stand
This is sturdy and strong. A lot of tripod for an amateur like me but once you get the hang of it, its pretty easy to use. Probably should have read the manual before I threw it away. Lot of parts that I don't know how to use. LOL
