Q: Always used this shade with 6%/20vol on white,12%/40vol on back nape. Im getting a yellowing purple shampoo doesnt shift. Advice?

you need to add a little ash to cut the yellow

It depends what strenght cream peroxide you use if you wont a high life use 40% or if you just wont a lighter light shad youe use a 20%

Only a pre lightener would get red tones out first.colour doesn’t lift colour

Hi, I’m a hairdresser but don’t normally use these colours myself. I would assume you can, i have used permanent hair colour with 1.9% peroxide multiple times and never had a problem or heard anyone else have a problem. So I personally assume you can as it’s more the peroxide that has the effect of it being a toner and not permanent. Hope this helps!

For Professional use, not able to use this at-home

No good to me,it is for professional use and needs to be mixed with peroxide. Not what I wanted. Amazon willnot allow me to return it though it is unopened!
