Do they lose magnetic power after couple of months

No. I have have them for over a year. Still good even after repeated use

Do these work with regular Magnatiles?

They are way smaller than the bigger tiles. Honestly- we like this more…

do the magnets inside the cubes to move around? making it difficult for the child to build?

My grandson started playing with these at 3 years old and has not outgrown them. The magnets are fixed inside the tiles and can't be removed unless the tiles are broken. Over two years later it is still one of his favorite items to build things with Grandpa, They take a good amount of beating and hold up well.
