Plantronics Voyager 5200 Wireless Bluetooth Headset with Mic (Black)

I have used earlier generations of the voyager and this is a perfect step up. Noise cancelation is amazing. I'm a consultant who must take 3-4 hours of calls every single day, often on the road. I have a husky voice that does not otherwise lend itself cleanly to bluetooth calls. This has the sound quality at par with the Sennheiser HD4.5 BTNC - while being very comfortable and pairs absolutely flawlessly and quickly. The ear fit is not THAT secure, but the headset stays in my ear just fine while I rush through airports - you just need to trust it. I only charge it once in two days despite never switching it off. It actually gives 7 hours of talktime.In my plantronics voyager legend, the ear hook had broken and needed fixing in six months. i hope this is more durable. Else no complaints. Really happy - no need to even install the app :-)Just one boo boo - the micro USB port is very tight. I'm afraid it might break while removing the charger one of these days. Other than that - its perfect.

Superb Masterpiece by Plantronics. Hats off man !!!!! I got this beast From The Amazon in Sep 2019 n product is good. Sound quality is very good. Working fine with 2 phone at same tym !!! 😊 My fav features are like One tap ans and cut call services and man !!!! And mist importantly if ur blutooth is not working good or damaged u cud easily replace it with a new one Plantronics cust. Service is very very good n i m happy to be the part of Plantronics family thnk u 🤟👍

Recieved it today and speaker quality is horrible, microphones are best, next perosn able to hear my voice crystal clear but I am not able to properly hear next person. Very disappointed after spending this much money. Will ask for replacement and will provide updated review soon.Update:Product is good and I used it for around 2 years but after that its stopped charging and i was shocked to know from customer care that its battery can not be replaced nor it can be repaired if there are any other issues, if its stops working outside ur warranty period then u just have to throw it away. And paid 8k for an use and throw device, feel like m cheated and now they are selling this for 17k?? Unbelievable.

The product is pretty good! It's extremely light on the ear so wearing it for long hours doesn't affect much. Voice is heard clearly to people on the other end of the call, n their sound comes clearly as well. The pairing process was very easy. The battery life is very good as well.The only faults why I rated this 4 stars are:1.Once in a while it detects the headset as off the ear so one has to select the option for Bluetooth manually on the phone screen, which can be a problem if the phone is at a distance.2.Noise cancellation is not as good as can be, background noise is heard by listeners.The plantronics app helps you with settings for the headset as well.The delivery was quick and the package was undamaged.Go for it if you want a premium headset that lasts long.

The product I received did not seem to be new it might be the piece kept for display or used one. I have used voyager earlier so no concern about the product but I am little concerned about the condition I received.

This product is a significant improvement over the Plantronics Voyager Legend which I also own and have used it for many years.The sound quality is crisp and there is no scope for any further improvement.As a welcome addition, there is a micro usb port for charging in addition to the proprietary charging port.It gives around 6 hrs talk time with a full charge.There is a voice prompt for talktime, connection and disconnection.

This is my first one from Plantronics.Light weight-- doesn't heard your ears as nothing goes inside the ear canal; the speaker rests just out of it.The noise cancellation is good (that's what the people tell me when I tell them that I am travelling by train). Holds charge for about 6 hours; I use about two and half hours each day. I charge it in every tree days.. so its a bit more than six hours. Charges very fast (using computer USB 3.0).Beware that the USB cable is special; don't lose it. Normal ones do not fit as the micro USB seems to have a different configuration. So I have stored it in my spectacle case :)Hope this has a long life unlike my previous two ones from J

The earbuds is not comfortable at all. You cant use for long hours. The spare ear caps broke in first attempt. The mic noise cancellation is good. The sound quality of my 1000rs earphone is better than this. Over all disappointed.
