Q: How tall with straw lid are the 16 and 20 oz. bottles? i have and love the 24 but i need a shorter 1 for my 2nd bike cage

Not sure but I assume that would work on the smaller ones.

Q: The lid with the screw top and loop has come apart and I can't get it to stay back together. Is this fixable or do I need to purchase another lid?

I would say that this is probably not fixable. I would contact the manufacturer. On the plus side though the water bottle came with another lid so you can still use it! Good luck!

Q: I work in a freezer it's -20 will my drinks freeze ? And what's the outside diameter of the 24oz container ?

Unless you're drinking pure ethanol, your drink will freeze - eventually. Maximum diameter of container is about 3 inches. It does taper slightly toward the bottom.
