Morrison's Prepared Kit Mixes (Pack of 12 Pouches) (Pan-Kits (Pancake Mix))

My local store stopped carrying these but leave it to Amazon to fill that void. Appreciate that they are available here, just didn’t need 12 of them at a time. 6 would have been better, but sharing with family. They have a 6-month shelf life. Best pancakes from a mix that I’ve found. I always add 1/4 of cornmeal to the batter for a little more thickness but they’re good either way. A little more expensive than I used to pay at the grocer, but worth it in my estimation.

When I was in Houston on business, I made a special trip to the grocery store to buy a couple of cases of this. Later, Morrison Milling started selling them on the internet, but I think that their retailers got upset and they stopped. I'm so happy to find them again because I have no desire to go to TX again. :)

My daughter lives in Washington state & can't get them there. Made he day/week/month when this package arrived.

The Pankits are great when making for a few or many. Great taste, quality , easy to prepare .

My husband comes from Texas, and that is where this wonderful pancake mix comes from.They know how to do pancakes....We can't get them here in Georgia, so I was thrilled when I foundthem on Amazon! You will never be able to go back to "regular" pancake mixes again.
