Is this neck pillow helpful to relieve neck pain?

It was an absolute miracle for me! I had neck pain so severe (I'm 63) that I was taking prescription meds and they barely touched it. Literally 1 night on this pillow gave me relief. Now that I've had it a week I literally wake up pain free! I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this pillow. We were considering neck surgery my pain was so severe.

How can I adjust this cervical pillow in height?

And if you still feel too high, there is a removable piece of memory foam (0.8" thick) at the bottom, allowing you to lower the pillow.
