Not at all! They are coated in a granular maybe sugar 😳 type coating and so it takes away that true gummy feel

No, the bottle shows one serving is TWO gummies and that serving = 100mg. People often don't understand this. That means each gummy is 50mg. I used to work in the pharmacy field, I wish manufacturers would make the more clear. There isn't anything false about the label but people often misunderstand.

Chapter One Magnesium Gummies do not contain any Gelatin and are pectin based.
