It is confusing. Re-read the description. It says “$3.70/ounce.” You will get the 5.4 oz. They are just telling you in the description how much it costs per ounce. :)

Can i use in a nebulizer?

Gaia Herbs does not recommend using the Bronchial Wellness Syrup in a nebulizer. The syrup is in a base of honey and therefore would not be appropriate to use in a nebulizer. They recommends ingesting the product at the recommended dose for maximum efficacy.

What is sustained use vs acute use?

I tried this product daily for the best part of a month. It honestly did nothing for me. It also tastes disgusting. Sustained use represents preventative while acute is when you are experiencing issues.
