Does this product come with two helper keep mesh panels or just one?

It comes with 2 panels, one for each open side.

Can someone confirm that this indeed has two keepers, I.e. it’s closed from all sides? Thanks!

Yes, the back has a mesh window that can be opened/ closed. The front has a mesh window that is always closed.

do you need a tool to fold it?

No tools, but it does take 2 hands, lol this is so nice, my grandson is a tall 2 year old, and I just had to lower the platform to the bottom level. He LOVES it.
