Q: How many times have you seen a vine reviewer leave a nuetral or unsatisfactory review? anyone try this that is not a vine reviewer?

I haven't personally come across any obvious vine reviews. I did my research looked through available products and choose this one to suit my needs. So far I like it.

Q: I know it says “high potency” but is it extended release?

No it is not extended release but is a high mg. I take it twice a day as instructed by my pain specialist for leg aches. This along with Hyland’s “8 homeopathic cell salts, Magnesium Phos. 6x taken 2x a day (6 under tongue) am and pm for muscle cramps and pain....I’ve not had leg aches since taking these together. I hope this helps you. The Vitamin B complex is an excellent vitamin. Hyland’s cell salts come in different numbers for different issues and I also get these from Amazon. Check out the cell salts. They work amazingly for different issues. My daughter uses these for her family, including my 4 year old granddaughter and 2 1/2year old grandson. Amazing...good luck!!

Q: Does this vitamin b complex have enough biotin to help hair growth?

I can’t answer the hair growth but my nails a flourishing but I also take a calcium complex vitamin. If you are looking for major hair growth you may want product specifically for that.
