Q: What are the differentiating benefits of the FeetUp Trainer versus similar products offered by other brands?

I researched and compared the feet up to other less expensive chairs and found that it was more stable, smaller/closer neck hole for better support of your shoulders, had excellent videos and tutorials, has a 1 year limited warranty, comes with a great pose & flow poster and is made beautifully with no smell. I absolutely LOVE my feet up trainer and am so glad I made the choice of going with this brand. It was more than worth the money.

It doesn’t weight more than 5lbs is my guess, but it’s kinda big to fit in a suitcase. It doesn’t fold up or come apart

Q: What's the difference between the premium model and the regular one, other than price?

Assuming that by "premium" you mean "golden edition" -- the only difference is the material used for upholstering the cushion. The Golden Edition was produced in limited quantities.
