Sleep is the most under rated health benefit
I can't recommend this book enough. Matthew Walker explains the benefits of sleep and also the harm if we don't get enough. It can improve every aspect of your life. I have made some changes since I read this book. Start reading it today.

自分の睡眠に対する考えが変わった
睡眠時間を勿体ないと思っていたが、そんな考えを根本的に変えてくれた本。 体を休めるだけでなく、脳の活性化、記憶の定着、そして運動機能の整理?まで。 どうしても出来ない体の動きが、睡眠をとって翌日できることがあると、自分の過去の経験からも納得。 疲れきるまで練習せず、寝る決断ができるようになった。 子供や若者の学校の始業時間への提言があるが、真剣に文科省も考えるべきだと思う。 朝練に睡眠を削る高校生たちに、新たな生活パターンで活躍させてあげたい。そんな事を色々考えさせてくれた。
