The envelope didn't say "Amazon" on it , so I didn't know what I was opening .
It's been a couple weeks since I ordered it , so when I opened the envelope , I'd forgotten about ordering it . the seeds look like coffee beans . Mostly , I wish there was a set of instructions with them . I've planted starts to put in the window sill before , so I probably won't go too far wrong .

Ordered date plants had to be sent back
Ordered two date plants, seemed scrawny when arrived, within a week they shriveled to look almost dead, contacted seller they assured me in two weeks they would be over the shock? I sent back for a refund- no improvement.

Only 20% germinated and I do not believe they are date seeds.
I am a trained agronomist, PhD Rutgers, and only 3 of the 15 seeds germinated. I have been making "Rag dolls" since 1978. Also, the leaves (1st 3 leaves) do not look like date palm as it only a single leaf. Do not buy.
