Q: Does this laminator do well with 10mil sheets?

Thanks for your question, Recommend to use the 3mil laminating sheets for this machine.

Q: What type of replacement blades does the cutter use? Where can you buy them ? How much do they cost?

Thanks for your asking. The replacement blades are not available on amazon now. And the single blade can't be changed by yourself because the whole set of the cutter head is agglutinated by a special technology. But we will sell the whole set of the cutter head in the near future, about $12 each one. Have a nice day

Q: Does this laminate card stock paper okay?

Yes, this machine can laminate card stock less than 0.5mm thickness (0.19 inch).

Q: How many sheets can you laminate in a row ?

As many as you want. The laminator stays at a constant temperature once it's warmed up and the roller is continuously turning. As soon as one laminated piece makes it through another can be inserted and so on and so forth. I'm not actually timed it but we guess that it takes approximately 20 - 30 seconds for an 11 inch sheet of paper to make it through the laminator
