Excellent Portable AC – Powerful, Quiet, and Convenient!
I’m extremely impressed with this 12,000 BTU portable air conditioner! It cools my 500 sq. ft. space quickly and efficiently — perfect for my large bedroom and even works well in the garage. The auto-evaporation feature is a huge plus, as I don’t have to worry about constantly emptying a water tank.It runs surprisingly quietly for such a powerful unit, and the remote control makes adjusting settings super convenient. The sleek cold white design also blends in nicely with my decor.I was initially worried about the installation, but the video was extremely helpful and made the whole process much easier. Great support!Highly recommend this unit for anyone needing reliable cooling in a larger room or workspace!

This thing is a beast against heat!
The media could not be loaded. To start, as I did not know if they handled the unit properly, keeping it upright. So, I followed the instructions and let the unit sit unboxed for 24 hours b4 running it.I bought this unit because we are in the dog days of summer in the northernmost part of the San Joaquin Valley, up in Cottonwood CA (just south of Redding), in the *true* Northern California -- there's half a state above San Francisco, which should be *Central* California! Ha!I digress...I needed something more to help keep my nearly 81yr old husband and our animals comfortable. When it only gets down to 74°/75° and higher, we cannot cool our homes down. In the 60's, all window open fans sucking in the cool air, we can sleep comfortably. Also, with this heat we have high humidity, aaarrrggghhh a terrible combination.I have had numerous portable air conditioners over the past 31 years, but this unit is -- by FAR -- the best unit we have ever owned! It is absolutely worth its rather high price tag. $569 after tax is a chocker for this senior family, but what price do you place on surviving summer? Evidently, $569 and the resultant electric bill (pulls at 1800). We shall see what it does to our bill...at this point, having suffered the last heatwave a week ago limping with an old portable?? I'll find a way to pay the bill. Hoping it is economical. Today, I do not car one hoot...we are cool as a cucumber and comfortable for really the first time since May!Unboxing and set up was a dream for this 68 yr old lady...lol, although I will admit that getting the unit out of the bottom Styrofoam box portion was comical! Trying to lift up, while stepping on the Styrofoam because it was such a snug fit -- the unit IS 65+ pounds -- took me a moment, but I succeeded! I was laughing at the picture I made. 5'2" deadlifting the unit, balancing on one leg whilst stepping on the side if the bottom box, all the while lifting straight up??? Yep, funny! But I am strong and I managed 🥂🍾Our upstairs is absolutely sweltering...we have a 1950 sq ft home, so obviously this unit was not built for and is not strong enough to also cool the upstairs, but half our home is downstairs with a fairly open concept, and doing the math (1950/2=975 sq ft), this unit has kept the downstairs really nice and coo, even though rated for only 760 feet!! I don't have a thermometer, but I have the unit set at 72° so it will run cool air at that temp and it is absolutely delightful indoors...zero humidity (it's very humid out now), and I wish I could afford one for our upstairs bedroom! Although, I wouldn't need the 14,000 unit, so less expensive. The box arrived with some minor damage and one area squished from the handcart strap when delivered, but not a mark inside. You should watch the video of installation on YouTube, it really is a snap to set up and so much better that the stupid pictogram instruction manual. The thing they should cover more of is thr installation of the foam tape. That was annoying, but I managed it.Also, though I decided to leave it be for tonight tomorrow in the cool-ish morning, I shall reposition the exhaust duct out the window. It snapped in nicely enough, but one side has a wider portion, that should be turned toward the sliding part of the window as it pushes slightly against the side of the windowsill and ever so slightly twists the holder. I'll swap it tomorrow🤗And I mean, what? To connect the hose to the unit is just sliding the end into the unit's holder until you hear a snap, locking into place. Same for the other end, venting out the window. This ingenious snap in system is Superior to ANYthing I have ever used!If you've made it to here, you Know I LUV this air conditioner! Just buy it...it will change your life🙏🏻💖🤗☮This manufacturer actually delivered with this unit! And it is SOOO Quiet! It's easily transported from room to room, if you had the foam set up already, and the functionality? Omgosh, it oscillates, it has a sleep mode and a Turbo mode, three speeds on the fan, plus Auto. It also has a child lock which i won'tneed, but an exceptional idea! It's a great value! Go buy it!Peace, Good Health and Good Air Conditioners to you!

Love it
Although this one is on the expensive side, I personally think it’s worth it. I’m not a huge fan of setting up things, but this one was easy to do so. The remote control of it is easy to figure out so that makes appeals to me a whole lot. Additionally, it’s easy to move about. It can fit practically anywhere but I’m using it in my garage since that’s where I workout. It is efficient at its job by being relatively quiet. This makes working out in the summer a whole lot easier since it can cool out the entire garage.

Brrrr...it works!
Easy to unpack and set-up. Wish the piece that fits in the window was adjustable like others I saw. I had to have it cut because it was too wide to fit. It functions well. Cools my open floor plan condo. Runs very cool. I put it on 73 and was actually cold sitting on my couch but put the fan on low and now its perfect. I had my old one for over 12 years maybe? and hope this one is the same. Makes some noise but not extreme. Looks ok in room. Settings are easy to understand and set. So far I am pleased with it.

Great purchase & easy to move
SO GLAD I bought this air conditioner! I’ve been using it for over 2 weeks and it does an exceptional job of cooling my dining room and large, open kitchen. It’s a great improvement over the old window unit it replaced, and is less noisy. That being said, this one is louder than I’d hoped, but doesn’t drive me out of the room like the old one did. Still, I took off one star for volume. (Are there any portable a/c units that aren’t noisy??)The other feature I like is the ease of setting up. I don’t need to ask some muscular guy to move it from the closet into a window. The new one has wheels and can be easily moved to whichever room needs to be cooled. The window extension panel fits all our windows. I don’t worry about water drainage because this unit automatically evaporates, unless there’s high humidity. All in all, this was a smart purchase and has made a big difference on excessively hot days.

Lucked out with buying this workhorse unit 2 weeks before AC died. Good purchase, better timing!
I bought this 2 weeks before my AC conked out here in Phoenix in the summertime (worst time ever). Whipped this out, plugged it in and cooled down the big master bedroom until the AC guys could come out. Having this was worth every penny! Cooled down my big master bedroom quickly! It's a pretty nice unit, I did notice the hose and vent get very warm as it vents the heat out the window through the large tube, but I wrapped towels around the tube and it does a pretty decent job insulating the heat coming out of the hose. I think this unit is a little on the noisy side, but there's a lot of air coming out the vent to cool the room. Not quite sure what everyone's expectations are, but it's not like what comes out your AC air ducts. Overall it does the job it's supposed to do when it's 104 degrees outside and your AC dies.

great quality and cooling capability's
The media could not be loaded. works awesome. build quality is great, and it's very easy to use with a nice remote control, and customer support(if needed) is very responsive. the cooling ability is great on this unit. it cooled the big room from 79-73 in about 20 min. the size isn't super big but also not that small. about the size of a mini fridge if that. the fans are very quiet as we are used to sleeping with a box fan on. the 100* days that we have it kept the room right around 71 witch is where i set it to
