Yes it fits, but does not stay real well and the ring does not support it real well, we ended up making a ring from wood for my son because the plastic would not hold it up.

It is certainly durable enough to withstand average to rough play. Also, once you put the four corner scaffolds together, they stay together. They are durable enough to have your wrestling figures stand on them. Very good product.
