So, I am a former weight lifter and personal trainer. Most the time I told people nothing is magic. However, if there is anything close to magic this is it. It is a science because if using it right, you will contract your abdominal muscles. You can't be a wimp, a little discomfort using it and the normal sore muscles for a couple weeks will follow. Very simple to use with little to no assembly needed. Add this with your diet, workout and cardio exercises and I'm sure you will be pleased!

Better than expected!
We bought this on a whim thinking it's just another "gimmick"....and it's definitely not! My boyfriend has been using it to tone up his abdominal area and after only a few days of using it (2-3 times a day) he began feeling sore and tightness in the area as if he had done a thousand sit-ups! We were able to notice his abs look more toned and pronounced. You do have to be consistent with it in order for it to work otherwise you can't blame the product for not providing results. It's to help you get ahead on the toning not provide miracles.

Great product
I was very impressed with this belt. I was very impressed with the power it has, you definitely feel it working. I have only had to charge it once and I use it every other day. As far as results go, I have not necessarily seen any yet but I definitely feel it working and plan to continue use.
