This Victorinox paring knife is a fantastic little tool in my kitchen. The blade is incredibly sharp right out of the box and stays sharp even after regular use. I love wavy edge knives, I always find them to last longer and more usable to cut a variety of different fruits, meats, breads not to mention opening amazon parcels with!This knife ticks the 'blade quality' and 'day-to-day use' boxes and I also like the fact that its a distinct bright pink colour to make it easy to spot amongst all the other cutlery that I have.

These knives are great. We use them all the time for cutting up both meat and vegetables. They have serrated blades which stops them slipping when used. Dishwasher safe. Would definitely buy again.

These knives are well balanced and sharp. The handle material is not special but fairly reflectsthe price.

Excellent little knife. This is the third one that I’ve bought. Perfect for cutting vegetables and fruits, especially tomatoes (even the ripe ones). Great for peeling and paring. A must have for mixologists and budding chefs. This knife will be your go-to knife and you’ll pretty much ignore any other knives that you have. Highly recommended.

These are much smaller than I thought they’d be but oh my are they sharp! I’m a bit scared to use them because when I sharpen knives I usually end up cutting myself lol I’ve been careful with these though and they are so sharp and cut through my salad & steak like butter!
