I started taking this supplement a few weeks ago and while the taste is quite bitter and did take some getting used to, it does seem to be effective when it comes to my gut health and even a little energy boost for me. I tend to take one tablespoon in my morning coffee with breakfast. It recommends two tablespoons but to me that is a bit too much. I'll get many doses out of this bottle doing just one per day and with that it have a certain value for money aspect going for it. I'd say within the first week I started feeling like it was starting to help with my stomach acids and noticed less indigestion that I had before taking the supplement. Long term results are still unknown to me, but I do plan on using the whole bottle to see if it can also help with skin as it says.

Ok, I know this is called bitters, but yowza it’s bitter! Definitely need to take it with some apple or orange juice. I added to some tea and honey as well which made it more tolerable. Still, get it down quickly and chase it down with some extra water or juice. I felt like it helped with fewer aftereffects from sluggish digestion. I think I’ll try drinking through a straw to see if it helps lessen the effects of the taste, because I really like the idea of continuing to take it daily, especially with the laundry list of clean, beneficial ingredients.

I like the black seed bitters with Milk Thistle, Dandelion Root, Cayenne Sea Moss, Moringa, and Ginger. I really like that his is made in the USA in a GMP facility. I also like that this is third party tested for purity and potency. This is a good supplement.

Bitter is the word. The taste is a step above MSM and below black salt. (IYKYK) This detox tonic is potent, clean, and effective. The blend of black seed, sea moss, dandelion, and milk thistle gives it a powerful herbal punch that supports digestion and energy levels. The taste is intense (bitter is in the name for a reason!), but I actually appreciate the earthy flavor—it feels like it’s working. I take a shot in the morning, and I’ve noticed clearer skin, less bloating, and a digestive reset. Great for seasonal detoxing or gut support.

This is liquid supplement. They're not seal properly. There's not seal on the bottle rim, they just put the cap on and shrink wrap just around the cap, not even down the neck of the bottle. Therefore, they leak, it arrived leaked. Since it's not properly sealed, I'm not going drink it. I was able to twist off the cap without removing the shrink wrap, which mean anyone could've don't so and tamper with it. Sorry, but I'm not going to take a risk of drinking it. I'm getting a replacement, as I'm sure, all the other bottles are the same.

I have been taking blackseed oil, and was intrigued by this blend of bitters. It also contains dandelion, burdock, milk thistle, ginger and moringa. The taste is not pleasant, but tolerable. I split the recommended 2 tablespoons- one in the morning and one evening. I generally put it in a shot glass with a little water to shoot it down. The cost is good for all that I contains. Mine came in a well sealed bottle with a shrink wrap sealed top.

Super bitter! Seems to be of good quality. The ingredients all have health benefits and they state that they are organic. This would make for a excellent suppliment for your liver. Many products with black seed oil has an almost motor oil or gasoline taste which I did not detect but it may just be hidden by the bitters.
