The answer when I want my Apple watch, but don't want it on my arm. I also like the option of wearing my watch 'upside down' like a nurse - letting me read it without flipping it around. My main reason for getting the watch was for hands-free phone calls. This lets me have it around my neck, so I don't have to keep my arm lifted when I talk. It is a game-changer for me.
