Is this for a drip style coffee maker or can I use my Rancilio Espresso machine to make espresso?

it all depends on the ground not the coffee. any coffee can be used by any method as long as you grind it properly. my french press uses a medium course grind, a normal auto drip coffee maker needs a fine grind.

Why can't i get espresso dark roast whole beans in decaf any more?
