I’m so glad I found these insole foot warmers from The Heat Company! I spend a lot of time outdoors at winter sporting events, and I used to rely on the HotHands toe warmers—but they always felt bulky, only warmed the toes, and the peel-and-stick design was annoying.These full insole warmers are a total upgrade. They slide right into your shoes or boots with no sticky backing, and they keep your entire foot warm—not just the toes. They last several hours, and about 50 minutes in they get really warm, which is actually a great surprise when you're standing around in the cold.I wear a size 6 shoe and the Small fits perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone who’s outside in the winter—these are a must-have!

I’m so happy I discovered this brand! I’ve had cold feet for years due to Raynauds and I usually used the other, more known brand of foot/toe/hand warmers. I recently developed chilblains for the first time and my doctor said I needed to keep my feet warm at all times. I live in cold New England, so that means about 8 months out of the year for me lol. I needed to buy a large quantity so I found this brand and it was more economical for me, I ordered the 32-pack. Well my gosh, if these aren’t the best I’ve ever tried and stay flat and comfortable in my shoes, boots and slippers! They get sooo warm and keep my feet warm for hours and hours. Remember, you have to pull the sticker off the bottom before you place in your shoe! The sticker can be a little tricky to grasp as it’s all one piece, the entire length of the warmer. I wiggle it with the edge of my nail to get it started. It would be so helpful if the sticker were actually two pieces instead of one. But other than that, I am super excited to have found this brand for the comfort (I never feel pebbling), the extreme warmth and the ability to buy a large quantity. Great product!

These will keep your feet warm for a few hours. In my experience they never lasted anywhere near 9 hours. I would say closer to 2-3. They start out very hot and then you kind of forget they’re there. Used them hunting when temperatures were between 0-20 F and they kept me warm. Only “issue” I had with them was sometimes they would bunch up and I would be walking on an uncomfortable lump. Just remember nothing will keep your feet warmer than a well insulated boot and high quality socks meant for the cold.

I’m thrilled with The Heat Company insole foot warmers! They provide an incredible level of comfort and warmth, making them perfect for cold weather activities. I have poor circulation and I don’t feel pain anymore because of the cold. Amazing value for the price. The insoles are easy to insert into my shoes, and they start heating up quickly, keeping my feet toasty even in freezing temperatures. They’re thin enough to not interfere with the fit of my shoes and fit perfectly in there, but they deliver consistent, long-lasting heat, for hours. Functionality is great, Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable warmth!

I bought these to wear in my boots during a cold football game. However, the warmth did not last as long as package indicated. They were comfortable, but only lasted a couple of hours.

These work great and stay warm for a long time. The insoles are very thin and don’t make your shoes fit tight when they are in. Very easy to use and are definitely worth it! I use these when I go to my son’s travel ball tournaments!

I wish I had discovered these before this endless winter started. What a difference these are making in my quality of life. I don't have issues with the cold anywhere but my toes. The expensive electric socks I bought were a waste of money, but these disposable footwarmers are incredible. I just got online to buy a case of them. Worth every cent.

I'd recommend this product if you are spending the day in the freezing cold and snow.It's summer in California and my shoes became so hotI couldn't tolerate these hot soles for more than 45 minutes.I get foot cramps and was going to spend 2 hours outside at night.So I thought this might be the answer.I can imagine that in a very cold, snowy environment, they might work very well.
