It is difficult to evaluate drugs that promote better health but don't promise to cure anything. I can tell you that I took these as directed and they did not upset my stomach or give me any side effects. I did not notice any obvious improvements, nor did I experience anything negative. I place this in the category of drugs where it can't hurt to try it. Maybe they smooth over some genetic or lifestyle deficiency. I had no trouble swallowing these pills and it was easy to add them to my daily regimen.
