Good deal, perfect when baking for kids with allergies
My son has a corn product allergy, so we can't use regular baking powder. This stuff was affordable, clean, and works great baking everything from waffles and pancakes to muffins and bread. Will buy again.

Love that this product is corn free. We have several friends who cannot have corn and it is very helpful to find a product that honors that.

Good Results
It is challenging to find baking powder that is both aluminum free and cornstarch free and still provides a good rise when used for baking. There is no after taste transferred to the baked goods. I must admit that we are still testing the performance of this baking powder - we have tried it in our gluten-free biscuit recipe development and in our basic cakes.
