My 85 year old Mom and I are Phillies fans. She wanted something she could listen to the game on outside. Small and portable, only 2 AA's, easy for her to use, great volume, and excellent price. (BTW, the Phillies had a hitting streak right after we turned it on, and won the game 😃)

False advertising. The description at the top of the item says "plug in Wall or Battery Operated Radio for Home & Outdoor" The description below the item says the same....only it doesn't come with a wall plug....just a USB adapter. I bought it to keep it outside in our barn-- plugged in all the time. If I need to spend another $20 to buy a USB wall plug, I may as well buy a different radio that already has one. Honestly, who is going to plug a transistor radio into a USB plug for their power? This is inconvenient at best-- useless for what it was purchased for. This is not a plug in radio, it's a battery powered radio.

My mom is the happiest with this gift. The sound quality surprised us. The size is the right one to be able to carry it in any bag. The truth is very happy and super recommended

Tiny little radio. Hard to find a station that comes in. I’m using it in my chicken coop and it works fine for that.

This radio is perfect for my dad. He likes to listen to am radio for news and sports broadcasts. It’s the perfect size, easy to use, sounds great, and the price is just right! It’s so hard to find these radios anymore! Big win!!

This is cute, smaller than I expected, which is fine. I prefer small. It had prey good tuning/reception the first day, but after a few days it seemed to lose reception and I couldn’t get and stains timed in. I have it plugged in on my night stand. If I turn it off and back on, it will come back in, but the volume adjuster stems to be the source of static. It’s very sensitive to the touch. So, if I turn up the volume (on the opposite side from the tuner) it creates a lot of static and we left the alone static just gets louder as if it’s out of tune(not on a station at all). So I turned it off and back on again, and it comes back in, but not without static completely. I like to listen to music while I sleep. It helps with my PTSD. But if I leave it on, I wake up to static after an hour or so. It access though it has a shorten side or something. It has not been dropped in fact, has not moved from my nightstand since I got it. Worked great the first day, but it didn’t last long. I’m very disappointed and will be looking for another radio for my room.

Nice little AM/FM portable radio. We travel a lot and it was great to have on for our little dog when we weren’t with him. Sound quality was really clear for the price. It has a USB cord all you need to supply is the wart to plug into the wall if you’re not using the batteries. Good value for the money.
