This 3% saline seems to be a very good quality product. I'm happy that it's offered by an Israeli company and produced in Spain. Very professional advertising, packaging, communications and instructions; thus seems very reputable, so that I have no concerns with the quality or purity of the product, as compared with something from China.

Nice format to be used with syringes to perform a nasal wash on a toddler, however a little expensive for what you get

I use this product in a nebulizer for my puppy that was aspirating. This is made for humans but puppy in distress can use it also. It worked like a charm. I liked the high quality and it was made for children so it’s safe. I will definitely use again and keep this stocked in my home.

So i learned about this product from a homeopathic nurse I follow on instgram. Long story short we got them for my husbands cough that would'nt go away to add to his nebulizer. I was originally concerned that the plastic tip might be too hard to get off. I know companies just want to make sure the tip wont leak but then they normally end up really hard to twist off. Glad to see this was not the case and even though I normally have a hard time with this kind of thing, this was a breeze. My hand/finger strength for this kind of thing is normally really weak. We have since gone back and ordered more. I do wish they had an option to buy this item in bulk though. Going forward we will probably just subscribe to spare us having to keep remembering to order more.

My doctor told me only to use this hyper tonic saline once a day because it will dry me out if used more than that. I have been struggling with extra-thick mucus forming in my lungs for months now (I am a quadriplegic) and this product is really helping to break it up so I can cough it up...especially at night when it is interrupting my sleep. It is really strong....I can feel it in my chest right away when I start using it in my nebulizer, which I limit to about 2 minute treatments. I'm not sure if it's ok for children, I'm not a doctor, so you should probably ask one if you are considering that. I am very pleased with this product so far though....
