Did this product speed up my hair growth yes. Did it give me crazy amounts of acne also yes. I bought 10 bottles of these and finished 3 so far. My extremely clear skin is now full of painful acne and marks. I bought these after a big chop and was desperately trying to grow my hair hip lenght. I am now wondering of i should just focus on hair lenght keep taking this and fighting through the acne for the next several months or trash them
