My preemie came home from NICU with diaper rash, for which he'd been prescribed about 15 different ointments, all with NO improvement. Got some Desitin and the rash cleared up in two or three applications. We've used it not just for diaper rash, but for all kinds of skin rashes and irritations and it works great.

Since our go-to diaper rash cream, Aveeno, was discontinued, I had to try some others to decide what to use from now on. I like this Desitin, but it isn't quite as thick as the Aveeno. I am going to try some others yet, but it is better than the new Cetaphil brand.

Best product ever
Best product ever. It made my baby's worst rash gone away in couple applications. The redness go away instantly in first application. I used it and it worked so well i ordered it for my friend and it also saved her baby's bottom!!
