More than impressed the suction is just a good as a Henry hoover plus the blower and wet vacuum function are very handy I use it for cars only thing negative is the cable length but I use an extension when doing cars anyway .. I would definitely recommend

Bad points first.This thing is top heavy, it can fall over easily when you pull it along, it's noisy as hell, the tubes and floor nozzle head push together and are really hard to pull apart, it's electrical cable is quite short and doesn't retract, attaching the dust bag is counterintuitive, the illustration based instruction manual is laughably bad - they must have been high in Denmark when they rubber stamped that one.Good points.The body of this vacuum is well made and tough, it's got slots where all the pipes and accessories can be stored on board, it works really well on carpet and picks up everything , it's really powerful for its size, it doesn't explain in the instructions but if you want to use it on water spills on carpet one must change the brush nozzle to a rubber nozzle, unscrew the filter and remove the paper dust bag, then you're ready for business and it works really well.The blow function works by removing the hose and pushing it into the exhaust (it's all push-fit on this ) and performs ok but I just can't see the point of it, on the box they show it blowing up an airbed so that's useful if I had one I suppose.Great price, even if you buy an extension lead and better accessories it's still cheaper than more well known brands.

Nilfisk hoovers are just simply the best hoovers I'm disabled and an electric wheelchair user these hoovers are so light and powerful no loss of suction ever I have a dog and cat and this hoover picks up all their hair no problems. It's light weight and easy to manoeuvre around great on laminate flooring and carpets I have had dysons ,shark,Henry hoovers and hoover branded stick hoover and none of them compare to the nilfisk hoovers they all lose suction and stop picking up hair but the nilfisk hoovers just keep going it's a wet and dry hoover so is excellent at cleaning up spills and never let you down such great value for money hoover bags a very reasonable and have a massive capacity and no matter how full the bag is never an issues simply the best hoover ever don't waste you money on other hoovers just go for one out of this range my friend has the larger version and it's the same no lose of suction ever and so versatile in what you can do simply the best hoovers available

Very good machine - let down by poor rigid pipes, and very short flexible pipe.This Buddy II works really well, but the 'rigid' pipes are unusable with a carpet head on as they are far to flexible, and the flexible hose supplied is far too short. Bearing in mind it costs around a tenth of a top 'bagless' model, it is good value and by getting a much better (stainless) rigid pipe, a longer flexible pipe and 'turbo' type beater/sweeper - I have ended up with an excellent combination.Just a shame the supplied accessories are so poor and spoil a good machine.

First one had broken wheel, i thought i just use it anyway, buy new wheel, after 2 uses it just stopped working. I was happy to accept replacement and donate old one, so it wasnt binned, if it cld be fixed, I thought this was good of customer sevices.Next one arrived and broke not long after as well, just no broken wheel. Amzon coukd not collect due to moving house to island and i would have to pay for uplift or travel with no car and ill health. This one was incredibly nosiey which got worse with use, and it would conk out, then come back on, then conk out again. I see 2 others have same experience. It not cheap at around 69 when I purchased. And I was promised refund twice which still has not happened. It just nof worth the hasstle and time with 'customer services'. Id also screen shot your converstaion with them as, in my experience Amazon will deny all knowledge of saying they will refund twice. Really disappointing tbh.
