This lip oil exceeded my expectations! Moisturizing, not sticky, and a great pop of color and shine. Will repurchase!

This is basically a lip color and it’s a lovely color. If you it on your checks it will temporarily look great but it doesn’t really stain it. It looks great but shiny and you have to reapply. I still like it though to pop up my regular cheek stain.

I had previously purchased black honey lipstick and wanted this for both a second coat as well as for use on cheeks. I love the way the color looks on me. Goes on easy, not sticky. I do wish it would last longer - need to reapply frequently.

I’ve used the Black Honey “Almost lipstick” pop gloss, pop blush, and now this lip oil in the shade, too. It’s a nice texture and not sticky or thick. I love the color of “Black Honey.” It would be nice if Clinique would make this color in a regular lipstick, lip-liner or long-wearing lip stain.I don’t really care for it as a cheek “oil” because it feels too tacky on my skin.I wouldn’t normally spend $27.00 on a lip product but I wanted to try because I love the shade. After trying, I’m going to return it because it just doesn’t last long enough on the lips to be worth the price.
