A Must-Read For Everyone!
It doesn't matter whether you are new to the world of fitness or if you're already a fitness enthusiast. Raj Ganpath's Simple, Not Easy is for people from all walks of life.Staying true to its title, the book is quite simple to read and is divided into bite sized chapters, this makes it so very convenient to read a few every day. My favourite part is the section right after each chapter that has questions pertaining to the subject the author has outlined, helping you to reflect, consume and apply what you've just learned. This comes as a breath of fresh air as it's completely devoid of jargons and also addresses topics around Nutriton, Sleep, Movement & Stress in a no-nonsense manner. Why do I think that's important? Because of all the information out there on social media that's so conflicting and confusing. Over here, Raj dives in deep & gives you a crisp outline of each subject matter with no room for confusion or contradiction. This is the book that can help you discover your slice of fitness and inspire you to work on your health span as you are driven to make real, lasting lifestyle changes. So, most definitely, GO FOR IT!

An absolute must-have fitness book
If there's one word that can accurately describe this book, it is 'useful'. And it is a huge win for the author as he himself points out that being useful is his main motive with the book. Raj simplifies and guides though nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and fat loss, and does so in such lucid, conversational tone that it feels he is coaching you personally and is invested in your personal fitness journey. An absolute must-have for anyone looking to improve their life and doing so in a sustainable, simple way.

One of the best reads of the year!
This book certainly lives by its name โจ๏ธ It has given me so much clarity on how and why one should stick to the basics and try just building up habits and compounding them over a period of time without getting overwhelmed by different sources on the internet. Keep it simple, that's all it takes. The practical Nutrition framework #16 has totally changed my game of looking at food with a different lens and has made my meal planning a breeze now ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐ฏReally, grateful to you, Raj Ganpath, Sir๐

A no b***s***, easy to read book that will give you clarity on a lot of fundamentals
100 short chapters, covering nutrition, activity, lifestyle, philosophy (a way of living) that ties all of this together. Easy to read. Built for you to apply. Life-changing when you apply. There's too much confusing and contradicting information out there. If you'd like to get some clarity, this is the book for you.Disclosure: The author and I are co-founders of The Quad.

A real no-nonsense guide
A real no-nonsense guide. If we really put thoughts and try to understand the basics, the way we look at our fitness, our food, workouts and walk is going to change. Of course sleep as well. Anyone who wants to be healthy should be reading and most importantly apply this. Very simple and effective

Simple, comprehensive, in depth - tons of knowledge Simplified
Its a wonderful book on fitness. It is simple yet it is in depth across a broad range of topics. Having read numerous books on nutrition, diet, fitness, sleep, stress, etc., yet I could find many new things (written in simple terms) which shows that the author has brought in so much of his own experience and the work experience with this clients. Author has made it quite simple - i.e, to keep it simple, start small and take it to 'just right' and be consistent rather than fancy tracking, numbers though a simple metrics might make it little scientific. Again, when we do the 'just right' consistently, our body says it all than numbers.Only thing I felt missing as part of diet is gut health (such as probiotics) though vegetables would take care of it (I understand to expect in a book all things in our head). Also, I expected little bit more on resilience especially when there is consistency inconsistency popping due to illness/travel etc.Otherwise the book is quite comprehensive and simplified.
