This is a very strong supplement and is very good and effective for me in the proper strength. it really helps in getting a restful nights sleep. It really helps my muscles to relax also. I take two at night but suggest a beginner takes half that amount. Don’t take too much or it will act like a laxative.

These are suppose to be reviewed by a third party which is what I was told so the quality & performance is supposed to be checked. I will purchase again in the future.
