I actually do t know if it helps or not. I am not that far in. But it blend much better than blooms version. It is tasteless and I do blend with water and regular bloom. But we are taking 6-8oz so if it is good for me I can drink anything. I wish there was a way to get it vegan and still do its thing. I LOVE that the colostrum comes after all the baby calves are fed first. Compared to my one other brand experience it has better quality and I do have it on order again.

The day I started using this powder I could feel a difference in my energy. It makes my bones and stomach feel so much better as well. IT is tasteless and I put it in water, coffee and even works in juice. I will be ordering this again when I run out.

Easy digestion. Not very tasty but very efficient

dissolves easily. does not taste good so have to put it with another drink.

Haven't used long enough to see but it leaves an aftertaste in my coffee.

I’m trying this brand of collagen peptide. So far I can’t feel any difference from the previous brand I been using. I will say, after a few days of using it, my knee stop hurting, my nails that were slightly damaged from the removal of the ANC nail polish have grown and strengthen. My hair have to be growing cause my scalp has been itching a lot. I’m sure there have been more benefits I haven’t noticed, I will recommend giving it a try to whomever is. Curious about this product
