Great product. Have used various Hole Saws but this one was the best ever. Highly recommend to any otherr professional.Cut in 72 celing light in sheet rock in no time. Really controls dust and was amazed how well it performed.

Missing parts
Was missing the adjustment knob and they sent one within a few days. A plus for customer service but when the knob came I tried to use it but the threaded rod is too short to attach to the hole saw. My last one worked great though. This one is useless

Really hoped this would work
Really hoped this would help on some ceiking holes needing drilling. Reduced dust and helped but the cup hangs up when you depress it which makes drilling deep holes very difficult. Needs more work to make it a good value.

Almost the Perfect Tool.
This is a great tool, and I recommend it even with its only shortcoming, which is the fact that there are no pins on the arbor.A hole saw has small holes in the bottom which are used to set the position of the saw on a mandril which usually has two drive pins that mate with the holes. This keeps the hole saw from free-spinning which can lead to either a) the hole saw spinning off of the arbor, or b) the hole saw spinning so tightly onto the arbor that you have to use a vise to get it off. Sadly, both happened to me regularly when using this tool. The saw spinning off can be dangerous, and the saw being too tight is frustrating, especially if you need to change saws frequently. That is, however, my only gripe with the tool, and even with that bit of irritation, I STILL give this a high rating (I'd give it 4.5 if I could). Why? Because it freaking works. If you've ever had a face full of drywall dust from drilling holes for recessed lights, then just buy this tool. Forget all the other ones - this is the one to buy. Yes, it's pricey, but It's well made, has metal parts where they matter, and does what it's advertised to do. And It works with a 6 1/4" hole saw. I know because I just drilled six 6 1/4" holes with it. The pics are of a Klein 6 1/4" hole saw in the shield. The one I received is also better than the one pictured in that it's already drilled and plugged for the vacuum attachment. Honestly, though, I didn't feel the need for the vacuum even after drilling 20+ holes. Drill the hole, dump the dust, pull the plug, and move on to the next one. Fantastic!Unfortunately if you need to pull the hole saw out to get the plug out, you might have to put it on a vise. Grr..The instructions were a bit vague. It comes with "spacers". I have no idea what these are for. I installed them according to the picture on the box, then promptly lost one as the hole saw spun off the arbor. Grr... It comes with a cool little pouch for all the parts, which is nice.It does get dirty, so you'll need to clean it every now and then or it becomes hard to see through the side.Could it be better? Yes - put pins on the arbor and this is becomes a slam-dunk five-star item.

OMG, how did I live without this? I only gave it 4 stars because the drill bit shaft doesn't always travel smoothly in the up/down direction through the installed bearing.
