I was a bit skeptical when I opened my bottle, but I've come to really like this stuff. On day 3, the terrible bout of cystic acne I'd had when I ordered this cleared completely. So I kept taking them. I fell asleep with my makeup on the other night and didn't break out at all. This is highly unusual for me. Usually I break out like I'm in my teens if I don't wash my face before bed.I've been taking this through what turned out to be a stressful time. In the past when I've dealt with sudden deaths in my family, it's been normal for my hair to go gray. I don't mean having new hairs turn gray as they come in; I mean having the outer sheath of my hair fall off, making healthy hair that holds its color into a gray frizz of broken split ends. It still happened this time, but not as badly as it did a year ago. It was subtle stripes instead of an all-over gray halo. And unlike the last time, my hair actually held the dye on the first attempt to color it and is still shiny and holding its color well.Nails are the toughest part for me to evaluate, because I bite mine, especially in times of stress. But even still nibbling away, I can tell that my nails are growing faster. They're also becoming stronger and thicker, and I have less urge to bite them, if only because of they're harder to bite through. I'll definitely be ordering another bottle when this one is finished just to keep my nail-biting down.The energy boost that's come from the B vitamins has been a very welcome surprise. I was able to stay on my feet and chipper for a lot more time than I thought I would be able to.The only downside is that these pills are on the large side, so you'll want to make sure you take them with water or something. This is not a vitamin you can dry-swallow.

I have only taken one a day for 4 days now because I am breastfeeding and so far my nails have gotten super tough. I'm surprised I've noticed a difference so fast. I haven't noticed a difference in my skin or hair yet but that's probably due to the fact I'm only taking half the ammount and such a short time. If you want strong nails this is absolutely for you. My nails are not that short and I can barely bend them! I can update my review in a week or so to see if my skin clears up more from this supplement and if my hair texture changes any. Also the shipping was super fast, I forgot to mention that!

this is the 2nd review i’m writing to warn customers. i’m guessing Amazon is not posting my reviews. Note to Amazon. the Vitamin count does not match your picture as advertised when received. Look at the vitamin A discrepancy on the pkg received. Big decreased discrepancy. this bottle is only a 15 day supply with decreased nutrient value. i brought this based on the advertised Vitamin value. Shame Shame ShameAmazon u need to investigate your supplier as this is misrepresentation.

For the first time in many years, I actually have long hair. In the time that had elapsed, I had forgotten that hair tends to get dry and break in half, leaving me with a frizzed out mane that was not quite the epic look I was going for. I started looking into options, apart from the obvious hair and shampoo solutions, and came across this little gem.I am also a guitar player, and the nails on my right hand, which I use to fingerpick, can get a bit flimsy at times, all of which suggested to me that there was a dietary deficiency going on (I am rather poor, unfortunately). Thankfully, that worked out in my favor, in this instance, as these dietary supplements are an insane deal! A fraction of the cost of a GNC (thanks Internet!)I've only been taking these supplements for five days, and I can already detect a difference. My hair is shinier, and less dry, and my nails are more opaque. As an added perk, the gradual release of Vitamins B & C, throughout the day, have boosted my mood and immune syste, and I'm feeling less stressed.My girlfriend's rather into them, as well.My only regret, at this point, is that I only bought one bottle.

I can't really say whether I saw any improvement in my hair, skin, or nails. I was hoping to see less hair shedding, but I didn't notice any significant difference. I experienced minor facial breakout, but due to the short length of time using the product, I don't know whether that can be attributed to the pills. Unfortunately, you only get a 15 day supply---and you have to remember to take the pills twice a day. The pills are rather large, so those who have difficulty swallowing pills will likely have an issue. Overall, I think the product was too pricey for something that made little difference, because you are using it for such a short period of time.

I've been taking this product for about a week, and as of yet I haven't noticed any change. I will however continue taking it till I run out, and then perhaps edit this review. I will say this though: they are very easy to swallow, which is a plus for me as I do sometimes have trouble with big pills or vitamins. And I do like the amount of vitamins they contain.

Purchased this product for my son, who has Psoriasis of the nails. After a week of use, we can report some of the yellowness has disappeared, and his nails show signs of hardness and shine. After thirteen years of yellow nails, my son is optimistic, that he has found something that works. I'm rating this product 4 stars, as we don't yet know the long term prognosis, but it looks very promising.
