Aaah-mazing!!
Now, I am of the handwriting generation but for my line of work I need to upload and share my notes. That was taking some serious chunk out of my time - typing up notes from my handwritten notes. I have been eyeing up ReMarkable2 but the price is rather steep. After watching tons of videos on YouTube about this product I decided to give it a go. Easy to use, saves me tons of time, the transcription into typed text is really decent and the app works really well. So yes - I'd definitely recommend if you are after a reusable notebook that sends you an image and/or transcription of your notes to your digital sources.

Perfect if, like me, you need a wipe clean notebook
Perfect for my needs. I can take notes at work but I can't take notes off site. So being able to literally wipe this slate clean every day is perfect. I would say I would buy again but in all honesty this thing will probably last me forever.

A great product
I already have a mini rocketbook, which I have had for 16 months. It is a fantastic product so, for meetings I have upgraded to the A5.Rocketbook is great to write or draw on. Scans well and makes sorting and saving files really easy. It's a beautifully simple idea that works really well. After 16 months the cover of my mini has bowed very slightly, I think from me cupping it in my hand, this has no affect on use.

Not much use really for me so make sure you will the different functions worth it.
For me, this just wasn't worth it and it wasn't cheap either.Basically, you write on the slightly plasticky pages using the special pen, then touch one of the little icons to save the page to a number of places ie emails, folders, etc. Then using the dampened cloth clean the page and then start again.I am not clear on the details as I bought this a long time ago and after just a week of use decided it just wasn't worth the bother so check those details out for yourself as you may find they are useful for you.I found having to use the pen that comes with it, you can buy others, is not nice and although you do get a number of blank pages if you run out or want to change something you need to use a cloth and dampened is best so that's a bother to have to keep with it.

Surprisingly good, encourages me to write.
First of all, I should be upfront that I wanted an e-ink notebook and that I purchased my rocketbook as an alternative that wouldn't break into three figures.I've been surprised by how much I enjoy using it in the last three weeks, and I have to say it is really growing on me.Pros: app is good and easy to use; I can send notes to various apps or addresses quickly and easily; the writing experience is clean and simple - I actually like using the frixxion pens more with this than in paper notebooks by a wide margin, they feel better on rocketbook paper; the book has plenty of pages in actual use and I don't have to do uploads to free up space often (this was a pre-purchase concern of mine; the binding is strong and resists that awful deformation you get on most cheap wire bound notebooks.Cons: handwriting to text feature is far from perfect in my case, and unless you are scrupulously neat with your writing you may find it mistranslates and leaves gaps in words where a few le__ers are missing; the nice strong binding does get in the way when you write on pages that put it on the same side as your writing hand - this is noticeably more of a problem than a cheaper binding that would perhaps be a little slimmer, and this is my only pain point with the book at the moment. I sort of wish I had gone for the option of the legal pad, and if I ever replace my notebook that is probably how I'd get around this binding issue.Happy overall, works just as promised and has increased the amount of written design/note taking work I've been doing.

Great notebook.
I buy and go through a lot of notebooks but I hate throwing away so much paper. This is great for those lists/reminders that would just be thrown out. I tried the app and it seemed easy but that is just a bonus as bought it for its reuseability.

Hand to have!
Good product and does what it says on the tin. Have encountered an issue with my handwriting when using OCR but not a huge deal and can quickly correct the errors on my laptop. Haven't tred colours yet but after a couple of tests I am pleased with the results. No delay when sending the documents, arrived instantly to Evernote.

Good for heavy writers
It certainly acts as expected and the upload process is smooth. The uploaded images seemed to upload fainter than the page itself which is a bit annoying at times.Overall, it's quite a good item. With only 36 pages however I would recommend getting the bigger version if you write a lot, as you will fill this one up quickly and have to make sure you upload your notes more often.Unfortunately as most of my meetings are via Teams I find myself typing notes as I go which I'd quicker, so this hasn't had as much use as I thought it might.
